Many of our longevity patients in Limassol start their journey with a biophysical profile. It provides the objective numbers against which every intervention — training, nutrition, hormone therapy, peptides — can be measured over time.
This article walks you through what that full assessment looks like at Alpha Medical Limassol.
Your Appointment
The full workup typically takes 60-90 minutes. It includes a brief intake and history, a DEXA or research-grade InBody body composition scan, bone density assessment, functional testing (grip, balance, mobility), and — if desired — VO2 max testing in the same visit.
The Physician Review
After testing, you sit down with your physician to review every metric. Numbers are benchmarked against age and sex norms, and your physician explains what is strong, what is weak, and what it means for your longevity trajectory.
Your Personalised Plan
You leave with a clear, written longevity plan — specific training targets, nutrition guidance, supplement or hormone considerations if relevant, and timelines. Most patients re-test every 6-12 months to measure objective progress against their plan.
